FOUNDER & LEAD FACILITATOR

In the 25+ years that Jara Dean-Coffey has been a consultant there has been one constant—a desire to become redundant. Luminare Group is no different.Luminare Group seeks to make the implicit explicit and believes that for us to get some place new we must embrace new ways (which might include some old ways) of engaging in strategy work grounded in intention, values and context, integrating evaluative thinking as part of not different than. One of her dreams is for this mindset to become a core capacity held by the client partner not by a consultant. For her it is a joy and privilege to be of service and in relationship with client partners and even more so when their time with Luminare Group is done.
